The Dean’s Academy Futurists is a community of scholars who will together imagine the future of higher education after 2050 and to envision new, yet unknown models. As key partners in our Rethinking the Academy initiative, the Futurists will attend three multi-day, off-site retreats, one per quarter of the academic year. Futurists will be thought partners who are in regular dialogue with the Dean. We see this group as a think tank for the liberal arts within the College of Arts and Sciences.
